After retiring early from a career in public relations - in the not-for-profit sector - I have tried all manner of writing....with varying degrees of lack of success! Although I've written a novel (unfinished), a cartoon film (unmade), a book of spoof dissertations (unfinished) and lots of poems, my main focus has been on writing plays. Many short ones have been put on - mainly in Oxford but also in Cardiff - but I have yet to have a full-length play staged. I chiefly write comedy.
